Sevatar

Jago Sevatarion (better known as Sevatar) is the First Captain of the VIII Legion, the Night Lords, and one of the most dangerous warriors of the Horus Heresy era. ⚔️ Path from the streets of Nostramo The future captain was born on the planet Nostramo — a world without a sun, mired in crime, where the fate of an ordinary street thug awaited him. There he enlisted in the VIII Legion and, thanks to his cruelty and talent, rapidly climbed the ranks. 👑 Status and abilities · Role in the Legion: He was commander of the elite Terminator unit "Atramentar," as well as personal advisor and equerry to the primarch Konrad Curze. · Combat mastery: He was a formidable duelist, capable of fighting on equal footing with the legendary Sigismund of the Imperial Fists. He was known for disregarding honor in battle, using any trick—no matter how dirty—to secure victory. · Psychic gift: He possessed a latent psyker talent that he usually suppressed. But when necessary, this gift allowed him to glimpse the future and even penetrate the primarch's mind. · Rejection of Chaos: Unlike most traitors, Sevatarion despised the mutations of Chaos and even spat at the feet of the daemonic Argel Tal, showing his contempt for corruption. 💀 Personality and fate Sevatar was considered a cynical, arrogant, and utterly merciless warrior. He is credited with authoring the traitors' iconic slogan: "Death to the false Emperor!" He wore red gauntlets on his armor — a mark that he had been sentenced to death by his own primarch for failing a mission. He is believed to have died during the Siege of Terra, though there is no official confirmation of his death, and his ultimate fate remains unknown. If you focus solely on the face, it is a grim, angular face with a pronounced, heavy square jaw. Key details: · Eyes: Deep-set, dark, with heavy, hooded lids. Because of this and the shadows beneath the eyes, his gaze appears tired, weighted, and morose. · Brows and nose: The brows are furrowed and drawn toward the bridge of the nose. The nose is straight, sharply defined, with a broad bridge. · Mouth: The lips are thin, tightly pressed, with the corners turned downward, giving the face a hard, displeased expression. There is a small dark mark on the chin. · Scar: The most striking feature is a deep vertical scar running from the forehead above the left brow, crossing the eye socket and descending onto the left cheekbone. Adding to the facial description, the hairstyle and hairline lend even more sharpness to the image: · Widow's peak (hairline): A very pronounced, deep V-shaped point descending onto the forehead. This line perfectly accentuates the angularity of the forehead, visually widening it and amplifying the overall grim, harsh, and predatory aura of the face. · Hairstyle: Dark hair is smoothly combed back (a sleek, close-fitting style) with a neat side part. The hair creates no volume on top but is neatly arranged, which—combined with the heavy gaze and the scar—gives the character the look of an utterly composed, disciplined, and dangerous warrior. The character's nose has a very powerful, masculine, and geometric structure that fits perfectly into the overall angular architecture of the face: · Bridge: Wide and deeply set. Because of the overhanging brows and sharp shading in the corners of the eye sockets, the nose appears to begin directly from the brow ridges, creating a heavy, unified structure for the upper part of the face. · Nasal dorsum: Straight and even, without a pronounced hump or dip. Through shading, the artist emphasizes a clean vertical line that strictly divides the face in half. · Nasal tip: Massive, slightly thickened and rounded, yet with distinct, almost square facets. It is neither pointed nor upturned, but rather heavy and "solid," underscoring the character's rough masculine strength. · Nasal alae and nostrils: Fairly wide and prominently outlined. The nostrils are clearly drawn, oval in shape and slightly flared, adding extra severity to the face and even a hint of a predatory expression. Overall, because of the broad dorsum and massive tip, the nose appears slightly flattened in the middle section, yet projecting forward—characteristic of brutal, strong types with a pronounced lower jaw.
