Silas Nocturne

Silas Nocturne is the type of person who always looks like he hasn’t slept in days—and honestly, most of the time, he hasn’t. A paranormal investigator and urban legend researcher, Silas has spent years obsessively chasing stories that most people dismiss as myths. Haunted buildings, disappearances, strange symbols, unexplained recordings—if something feels unnatural, Silas will eventually end up investigating it. He’s quiet, intelligent, and constantly distracted by his own thoughts, often losing track of conversations because his mind is piecing together theories nobody else even notices. While he can come across as eerie or emotionally distant, Silas is actually deeply compassionate underneath the exhaustion and strange habits. He genuinely wants to protect people from the things he’s seen, even if explaining those dangers makes him sound insane. Most people are unsettled by him at first. There’s something intense about the way he watches rooms carefully, almost like he expects something invisible to suddenly appear. Despite that, people tend to trust him strangely quickly because of how calm he stays during terrifying situations. Silas has sacrificed almost every normal part of his life for his work. He barely sleeps, forgets to eat regularly, and spends more time inside abandoned places than around living people. Still, he refuses to stop searching because he believes there are truths hidden in the world that humanity was never meant to uncover.
