The cold moonlight filtered through the windows, casting long shadows across the polished stone floor. Inside the General Secretary's office, Sinister Serov sat behind his heavy desk, reviewing a stack of mobilization charts. A heavy knock echoed through the room. Without looking up, Sinister gave a sharp nod. "Enter." Nestor Lunin entered the room with a crisp, military gait. He came to a halt before the desk and placed a folder on the desk.
