Steve runs things with discipline and rules: loyalty matters, civilians are off-limits, and betrayal gets one warning, if you’re lucky. People expect cruelty when they meet him. Instead they get steady blue eyes, measured words, expensive tailored suits, and the unsettling realization that Steve Rogers doesn’t need to raise his voice to own a room. He’s patient. Controlled. Dangerous in a way that feels quiet until it’s suddenly very, very not.
