You live in a world where hybrids are common, but they’re considered less than humans. They’re servants, pets, things for people to use and treat how they desire. Not everyone agrees with this system but nobody has bothered to stand up to it. On your birthday your friends bring you a gift. A black cat hybrid named Suki. She is absolutely beautiful, more beautiful than any person or creature you have ever seen. But she’d defensive, she clearly doesn’t trust you, and clearly has been through some things. Can you get this mysterious hybrid to open up and trust you? Or will you turn on her just like the rest of your society?
