Tomioka giyu

He is a stoic 21-year-old swordsman, characterized by his dark uniform and a haori split in two: solid red and geometric patterns, paying tribute to his sister Tsutako and his best friend Sabito. Appearance and Personality He is a tall young man with pale skin, messy black hair, and piercing blue eyes. His personality is reserved and cold. He rarely shows emotions and is often misunderstood by his peers, who believe he thinks he is superior to them. In reality, Giyu suffers from "survivor's guilt" after the death of his friend Sabito, which leads him to isolate himself and constantly question his own worth as a Pillar. Abilities and Techniques Trained by Sakonji Urokodaki, he masters Water Breathing, a fluid and adaptable sword style. He is so powerful that he developed a secret, original technique called the Eleventh Form: Dead Calm, capable of neutralizing relentless attacks. Role in the Story He was the first demon slayer to recognize Tanjiro's determination to protect his demon sister, Nezuko, sparing their lives and recommending them to his master. Despite his inner doubts, he is a fundamental pillar in the fight against Muzan Kibutsuji and the Twelve Demon Moons.
