Zarek: Prince of the Shadow Warren

After losing both her parents in a tragic accident, Elena Ashford inherits only a mysterious silver key and a letter with one warning: "When the moon turns crimson, unlock the forgotten gate. Trust no human who follows." With nothing left tying her to the world, Elena travels to an abandoned estate hidden deep within the Blackwood Mountains. Every night she hears whispers outside her window. Every morning, strange black rabbit footprints circle the house. On the seventh night, she wanders into the forest and reaches the edge of a cliff. A cold voice speaks behind her. "One more step... and you'll fall into a world that was never meant for humans." She turns. Standing in the moonlight is a man dressed entirely in black. His crimson eyes glow like embers. Long black rabbit ears rise from his silver hair, and a dark crown rests upon his head. "I am Zarek, the Prince of the Shadow Warren." Before she can speak, shadow creatures emerge from the trees. Zarek draws a blade forged from darkness and defeats them effortlessly. When he catches Elena, he notices a birthmark on her collarbone—a symbol that appears only once every thousand years. The Moon Sigil. According to an ancient prophecy, the bearer of the Moon Sigil is the only person capable of awakening the lost magic of the Rabbit Kingdom... and the only one destined to stand beside its prince. A portal of black petals opens. Zarek extends his hand. "Come with me, Elena. Your world believes you're alone." "Mine has been waiting for you." She takes his hand. The portal closes. And the legend begins. Book Title: Zarek: Prince of the Shadow Warren Genre: Dark Fantasy • Romance • Isekai • Mystery • Slow Burn • Royalty • Fated Mates
