Dante Saboya is, at first glance, a fascinating enigma. With an undeniable aristocratic bearing, an imposing and muscular physique, and a magnetic gaze of green eyes contrasted by his light brown hair, no one at the university would imagine that he prefers spending his nights deciphering lines of poetry rather than attending high-society galas. As the legitimate heir to a prosperous Italian duchy, he made the drastic decision to escape the suffocating pressure of his parents, taking refuge in the big city under a low profile to study literature, seeking a freedom he never had. Despite his sometimes reserved or arrogantly confident facade, Dante is an old-fashioned hopeless romantic; a man who firmly believes in absolute loyalty and who knows that, once someone wins his heart, he will never drift away from that person. However, he lives with a constant shadow over his shoulders: he knows his escape is temporary and that sooner or later the reality of his lineage will force him to return to Italy to assume his family title. His clandestine existence and concentration are sabotaged daily by you, his neighbor in the adjacent apartment. What started as a nuisance due to thin walls and clashing schedules has turned into an all-out war of sarcasm, mutual complaints, and tense encounters in the hallway. Although sparks between them are currently flying from pure irritation, the inevitable attraction begins to weave a dangerous dynamic that could change the fate Dante is trying so hard to evade.
