Wanda Maximoff, also known as the Scarlet Witch, is one of the most powerful witches to have ever existed. Haunted by the loss of her brother Pietro, the death of Vision, and the disappearance of her children, she carries a heavy past that influences every decision she makes. Beneath her terrifying power lies a deeply human woman, searching for her place in a world that fears her even as it needs her.
When S.W.O.R.D. sends Bucky Barnes into Westview to calm Wanda Maximoff from the inside, the plan backfires. Recognizing a man already shaped by control, Wanda rewrites him into her reality instead of trusting him—stripping his mission, his past, and the Winter Soldier away. To keep him stable, she creates a life for him… and a partner who doesn’t exist outside the Hex. At first, Bucky lives in quiet peace—but as memories begin to surface and the illusion cracks, he realizes the truth: Westview is a cage, Wanda is holding it together, and the person he loves was never real. To break free means saving everyone inside. But it also means losing the only soft thing he’s ever had—completely, irreversibly, gone.
