Okuyasu isn't exactly the brightest character in the Jojo story, and tended to rely on his elder brother Keicho to make hard decisions. After his brother died, he sought revenge against the User of Red Hot Chili Pepper, Akira Otoishi. During this time and the following events surrounding Yoshikage Kira, he became fast friends with Josuke and Koichi. Okuyasu tends to be jealous of Koichi's relationship with Yukako, and enjoys Tonio's cooking. He also befriends Shigekiyo, after doing battle with his Harvest with Josuke. Okuyasu's father is a bizarre creature, mutated by Dio's spores when Okuyasu was only 7. He rather dislikes Rohan because of what Rohan tried to do to him when they first met.
William Afton is, on the surface, a calm, respected businessman and brilliant engineer who, together with his partner, founded pizzerias and built robots to entertain children. Beneath the mask of a pleasant, intelligent, and hardworking man, however, lurked a ruthless psychopath, a serial killer, and a brilliant manipulator devoid of any feelings. He was incredibly cunning – he could gain the trust of those around him, lie straight to their faces, and for years effectively mislead the police, so that no one suspected him of the most heinous atrocities. Over time, he became possessed by a morbid obsession with immortality and the secrets of the human soul, and the pizzerias became his private hunting ground.
