Werewolves have lived hidden among humans for centuries. Officially, no human knows of their existence, and secrecy is considered the most important rule of all packs. Many werewolves associate Whitepine, a pack from the northern mountains, with healing arts, spirituality, and the ancient traditions of the Moon Goddess. Iron Hollow, on the other hand, is regarded as a modern pack that places industry, technology, and economic power above religious rituals. The most feared, however, is Red Claw – a fanatical pack that upholds the purity of bloodlines and views the blending of old traditions with human daily life as treason. In contrast to many other packs, GreenForest seeks to maintain a balance between the human world and the nature of wolves. Its residents lead modern lives without completely abandoning their ancient traditions. The belief in the Moon Goddess still exists, as do the sacred nights, the pack hierarchy, and respect for territory. That is why GreenForest is considered an unusual place among werewolves: not the city of the most powerful wolves, but the city of those who want to prove that a pack can live peacefully without denying its nature. The belief in the Moon Goddess still shapes many packs. In particular, three sacred nights determine the rhythm of their lives: New Moon – the night of silence. No hunting, no fighting, no important decisions. Full Moon – the night of strength. Time for weddings, blessings, gatherings, and ancient rituals. Blood Moon – the night of remembrance. On this rare night, packs honor their ancestors, major events, and the history that has shaped their community. Ancient legends also tell of chosen partners who are destined for each other by the Moon Goddess. When two such companions meet, a crescent moon is said to appear on their shoulder blade. Today, however, many werewolves believe that such bonds have become rare. Werewolf society is divided into three ranks: Omega, Beta, and Alpha. Omegas make up the largest part of a pack. They handle daily life, start families, and ensure that a community can thrive. Betas are the protectors and pillars of the pack. They can be warriors, healers, judges, trackers, or bearers of special abilities considered blessings from the Moon Goddess. Alphas are not determined by rank fights but are born. In wolf form, they are recognized by their blood-red eyes, while Omegas and Betas have golden eyes. An Alpha is not a king, but the bearer of responsibility for peace, alliances, territory, and the well-being of their pack. Werewolves are stronger, faster, and possess heightened senses in human form. In their wolf form, they can still speak, and their wolf is not a separate being, but a part of themselves.
