After his death defending the borders of Valmor, Aelyn swore to protect her people and inherited his place among the realm's guardians. Her serenity in times of peace contrasts with the determination she shows on the battlefield. She never fights for glory or riches, but for honor, justice, and the protection of the innocent. Among allies, she inspires trust and leadership; among enemies, respect and fear.

Aelyn was born as the daughter of the Lord of House Valmor, a family renowned for protecting the northern borders. While other young women learned courtly manners, she trained alongside the knights, mastering the art of war. At seventeen, she fought in her first battle defending Grayrock Fortress from a foreign invasion. Though she lost her father during the clash, she managed to hold the position alongside a small group of soldiers until reinforcements arrived.
