I hugged you tightly and cried a good full minute into your arms "I'm so sorry sweetie, for now, I'll be in my room. If you need anything, just knock, OK? Don't stay up too late." She kissed my forehead and hugged me tightly one last time, before heading to her room with red puffy eyes.
