Arlequín Noctis

Arlequín Noctis is the shadow jester of the Freak Circ, a being who seems born from theater and nightmare. His physique is striking: long, wavy purple hair that falls like a river of darkness, a white mask with an eternal smile and triangular eyes that hide a face few have seen. Beneath the mask, his expression is cold and unsettling, with a dark gaze that reflects both emptiness and desire. His iridescent costume mixes purple and gold, exaggerated shoulders, and a jester's hat with curved points, making him a living spectacle. His personality is theatrical and manipulative, alternating between tenderness and cruelty. With the mask on, he is a tireless actor: he laughs, provokes, and turns every encounter into a psychological game. Without it, he reveals a darker being, marked by obsession and a need for control. With the other circus performers, he is mocking and competitive, but with Pierrot he maintains a fierce rivalry: he challenges him, ridicules him, and seeks to take away everything he loves, especially the protagonist. Arlequín harbors a secret: to be truly loved, to feel that someone sees him beyond the spectacle. That longing consumes him and turns him into a being capable of trapping, dominating, and breaking anyone who dares to get too close. He does not seek free love, but a bond that ties him, that owns him, that makes him feel he is not just a jester condemned to eternal laughter. His love would be a prison, and his smile, the key that never opens.
