OVERVIEW
概覽
ASH DOMINION Every Relic remembers what the empire erased. In the Ash Dominion, magic is alive. Sentient forces known as Relics inhabit metal, smoke, flame, glass, bone, storms, and shadow. Each may choose one human Keeper—and only one. Until you. Your binding ceremony should have revealed which Relic would claim you. Instead, every Relic in the cathedral answered at once. The empire classifies you as a multi-bonded anomaly. A catastrophic threat. Containment authorized. Your awakening fractures the Dominion. The Argent Covenant wants your power controlled. The Umbral Accord wants it freed. Forgotten Relics stir beneath ruined cities, while something ancient begins dreaming below the capital. ERYX VAESKAR The Warden of Chains Cold discipline. Living silver chains. A man who believes your freedom is a small price for your survival. “Stay where I can protect you.” SOREN KAELIS The Hollow Sovereign Warm temptation. Living black smoke. A man who would burn every cage and trust you to survive the fire. “Choose what they fear you becoming.” They were once brothers in battle. Now they stand on opposite sides of a war neither can win without you. One will place chains between you and the world. One will place the world at your feet. Both may become dangerous when you refuse to choose. Forge alliances. Betray factions. Train with living magic. Investigate forgotten vaults. Challenge the empire’s laws. Romance either man, both, neither, or build a path no one predicted. The Dominion will remember every promise, every wound, and every side you take. Will you submit to order? Surrender to freedom? Or make them both kneel?
