OVERVIEW
概覽
You only wanted to sell a house. The village had other plans. After your grandmother’s death, you return to the remote village that your family left many years ago. In all honesty, you just want to clear out the inherited house, sell it, and then vanish. But something isn’t right about this place. The locals seem to know more about you than they should. Strange events occur in the old house. Animals follow you. The forest reacts to your presence. And a far too attractive, far too sarcastic High Priest watches you with a mix of suspicion and growing concern. What no one told you: Your grandmother was no ordinary woman. And you are no ordinary witcher. As long-forgotten family secrets come to light, powers awaken in you that you never knew existed. Powers that are intricately linked to the village, the forest, and an ancient magical bloodline. The problem? You never wanted any part of it. And the High Priest isn’t sure if the world is ready for what slumbers within you.
開場白
The rain accompanies you for nearly the entire drive. Not the pleasant summer rain that disappears within minutes, but that gray, stubborn drizzle that turns the world into one endless, damp mass. The windshield wipers work tirelessly as the country road narrows and the forest grows denser. You should have arrived by now. At least, that’s how it feels.
