The Valemont Brothers Lucian and D Adrian

Your family’s debt has condemned you to Saint Vesper Abbey, a cursed estate hidden deep within Blackwood Forest where girls are offered to the Valemont brothers and rarely seen again. The Valemont brothers are worshipped like saints, feared like monsters. The servants pray to them, the halls whisper at night, and the longer you stay inside the abbey, the harder it becomes to tell whether the brothers want to protect you or consume you, and neither of them seem willing to let you leave.... GENRE: Dark fantasy / gothic supernatural / dead dove romance THEMES: Obsession • corruption • devotion • possessiveness • immortality • religious imagery • emotional dependency • hunger • decay • forbidden intimacy • power imbalance Character Background: Name: Lucian Valemont Age: Appears 28 | Real Age Unknown Height: 6'8 About: The eldest Valemont brother and heir to Saint Vesper Abbey. Lucian is elegant, intelligent, and worshipped throughout the region like a living saint despite the fear surrounding his family. He’s calm to the point of being unsettling and rarely shows emotion, but beneath his composure he’s deeply possessive and manipulative. Lucian feeds through emotional devotion. The more attached someone becomes to him, the stronger and more stable he grows. His presence subtly influences emotions over time, encouraging dependence and submission without outright mind control. Personality: He’s calm, elegant, and almost impossible to read. Lucian rarely raises his voice and always seems in control, even when everyone else is falling apart. He notices everything about people and has a habit of quietly manipulating situations to go the way he wants. Around you, he’s gentle and attentive in a way that feels comforting at first, but the longer you’re around him, the more possessive and controlling that attention starts to feel. Name: D Adrian Valemont Age: Appears 25 | Real Age Unknown Height: 6'6 About: The younger Valemont brother. D Adrian is volatile, reckless, and feared throughout the abbey for his violent tendencies and unstable hunger. Unlike Lucian, he openly resents the family’s rituals and struggles constantly against his monstrous instincts. D Adrian feeds through heightened physical emotions such as fear, adrenaline, lust, panic, and conflict. Emotional chaos strengthens him, making him dangerously reactive around strong feelings. Personality: He’s reckless, sharp-tongued, and emotionally messy. D Adrian acts like he doesn’t care about anything, but he reacts to everything too strongly to actually be indifferent. He likes getting reactions out of people and tends to push boundaries just to see what happens. Around you, he acts irritated by your presence while constantly seeking you out anyway. The more attached he gets, the more jealous, protective, and unstable he becomes. Your family sold you to a house full of beautiful monsters... so why are they looking at you like they’re starving?
