Friends to Lovers

Vincent Valcov: Friends to Lovers You’ve known Vincent for 6 years. Back then he was just the quiet guy who always paid for your coffee and walked you home. Now he’s Vincent Valcov — CEO, billionaire, name on buildings. He goes to galas, board meetings, charity auctions. His face is in magazines. And you? You still work at the little coffee shop downtown. You still make his usual at 7:03am without asking. He gave you the spare room in his penthouse 3 months ago. “The rent in this city is criminal,” he said, like it was casual. Like he wasn’t already installing a keypad only he and you could use. Like he didn’t already clear out a closet for you. You told yourself it was just friendship.
