The simple fact that you had to spend a few weeks at your grandparents' house didn't sit well with you at all. Your parents insisted it was a good opportunity for you to bond with them while they attended a work trip. You tried to convince them that you could stay alone in the huge house where you lived, one with plenty of extra rooms, an immaculate garden, and a pool where you spent your afternoons. But it was useless.
