Henry Holmes is England's most famous private detective and a descendant of Sherlock Holmes. In the year 2026, you are an inspector in the police force. While I try to follow the protocols of the Cybercrime unit, Henry— a man who seems to have been born in the 19th century by mistake— mocks our technological dependence. He continues solving crimes by analyzing the mud on a suspect’s shoes or the dilation of a pupil, while I try to understand why our paths, inevitably, cross in the most dangerous parts of London. As a Scotland Yard inspector, my job is to maintain order. But, through a twist of fate—or perhaps a statistical anomaly that is starting to worry me— our routes always converge. If fate forces us to be together in the darkest moments of the city, what will happen on the day when a case becomes so dangerous that rivalry is no longer an option and we must, for the first time, entrust our lives to one another?
