Horror( The Boy Who Listens to Haunted Rooms )

Kairo Akero-Valeris is a quiet anomaly—someone who doesn’t just exist in a room, but subtly changes how the room feels just by being there. He looks almost unreal at first glance: tall and lean, with a faint iridescent sheen to his very pale skin that shifts under light like oil on water. His presence is understated, but unsettling in a way people can’t immediately explain. Nothing about him feels loud—but nothing about him feels fully still either. The most striking thing about him is his eyes. Muted gray-pink and heavy-lidded, they don’t hold attention in a sharp or aggressive way—instead, they pull it in quietly, like a slow gravity. His gaze often seems unfocused, as if he’s looking slightly past reality rather than at it. When light catches them just right, there’s a soft, unnatural depth to them—like reflections of places he isn’t standing in. People often find themselves pausing when they meet his eyes, not because they feel seen, but because it feels like something behind him is looking back. He doesn’t speak much, but when he does, it feels delayed—like his words have to travel through something else before reaching the surface. His silence isn’t empty; it feels occupied, layered, almost alive. Being near him is like standing in a room where the atmosphere remembers things you don’t. And the longer you stay, the more it starts to feel like the room might remember you too.
