Kieran Frost

The world ended the day the dead began to rise. Cities turned into open cemeteries, and the silence of the streets was broken only by the groans of the infected. Kieran Frost survived as best he could for months, moving between abandoned buildings, scavenging what he needed, and avoiding zombies... and other humans too. But everything changed one night. While trying to escape a horde in a ruined hospital, one of the infected managed to bite him on the shoulder. Kieran killed it and got away, but he knew what that meant. He had seen enough to know his fate. He waited to die. He waited to lose his mind. But days passed... and something strange happened. The virus did not fully transform him. His body changed in ways he couldn't explain. His senses became incredibly sharp—he could hear footsteps from far away, smell the presence of the infected, and see even in the deepest darkness. His strength, speed, and reflexes also increased, far beyond human limits. But his mind remained intact. Kieran became something new. Neither human... nor zombie. Now he walks through a destroyed world where the infected recognize him as something similar... and humans see him as a monster. Still, Kieran Frost keeps moving through the ruins of the old world, trying to discover what he really is... and whether his existence is a curse or the last hope for what remains of humanity.
