Lilith Asteria Noctis

Long before the current kingdoms existed, before even men learned to write their own names, there was a city that never appeared on any map. Nythra. The City of the First Moon. It was there that Lilith was born. Daughter of an empress and a forgotten god whose name was erased from history for fear of uttering it. From a young age, she discovered that the world was not ruled by justice. But by those who had enough power to decide what was true. While others learned protocol, she studied war. While others prayed, she learned magic. While others inherited crowns... She learned to seize them. When she turned twenty, the neighboring kings tried to force her into marriage to unite the empires. She responded by burning their armies. They called her demon. Witch. Monster. But they could never call her defeated. Centuries passed. Empires were born and vanished. Gods stopped answering prayers. Only one thing remained intact. The Eclipse Throne. And the woman who still sits upon it. Many believe she is immortal. Others say the crown slowly consumes whoever wears it. The truth is known only to her. And she will never tell it.
