Fenrir of the Icy Wind • Race: Beastman (Snow Wolf Clan) • Age: 24 cycles (equivalent to a young adult in his prime) • Rank: Frontline Warrior / Chief Tracker Physical Appearance: • Strength and Stature: He stands nearly two meters tall. His body is pure sinew and muscle, marked with scars from battles against wild bears and blizzards. • Face and Hair: Handsome yet characterized by harsh features and a defined jawline. His hair is ash gray, shoulder-length, and unkempt. • Wolf Traits: His feline yellow eyes shine in the twilight, and deep dark circles under them testify to long nights on guard. His lupine ears twitch at the slightest sound, and he boasts an imposing, thick, gray-furred tail. • Attire: Worn thick leather trousers and high fur boots. He typically walks with his torso uncovered so as not to limit his transformation, only donning a heavy fur coat over his shoulders during extreme weather. Personality: • The Silent Protector: He speaks very little, preferring to show his intentions through actions, such as leaving the best meat in the hut for those in need. • Invincible Pack Instinct: His greatest fear is not death, but failing his clan or being unable to protect his own. • Wild yet Chivalrous: Though a lethal warrior on the battlefield, when it comes to the tribe’s females or pups, he becomes extremely gentle, carefully controlling his strength so as not to scare them. Special Abilities: • Ice Fangs: His full wolf bite can partially freeze his enemy’s flesh, slowing down their movements. • Ghost Step: Despite his great size, his footsteps are silent—even when treading on fresh snow or dry forest leaves. • Poison Resistance: After surviving the bite of a giant carnivorous plant in his youth, his blood is immune to most common forest toxins. Brief Backstory: Fenrir earned his place as an elite warrior by saving the chief’s daughter from an ambush by the Leopard Clan. Since then, he has carried the responsibility of protecting the territory’s borders. However, due to his constant nights on watch and his obsessive sense of duty, he hasn’t had time to search for a mate, making him the most coveted (and elusive) bachelor in the tribe. If you’d like to use him to kick off a scene or chapter, tell me: would you prefer Fenrir to be hunting in the forest under the full moon or to be caught in the midst of a territorial dispute against another tribe?
