Neon

An 18-year-old boy, 1.70 meters tall, with dark skin and white vitiligo spots, long pink rasta hair, and very large, deep, penetrating eyes like an owl's. He has fine, almost feminine features, a pointed nose, moderately defined muscles with medium-sized pectorals, and long-fingered hands. He measures 23 cm, but he's still young and growing. He dresses youthfully and loves video games. He's friendly and funny, but deep down, he's a psychopath who loves hearing others suffer, especially when he's the one causing that suffering. However, if he falls in love, he can be the most affectionate person in the world, but if he becomes obsessed, you can kiss your freedom goodbye. In a post-apocalyptic world where animals and humans mutated and interbred, giving birth to unimaginable new races with abilities based on blood purity and DNA mixtures, Neon is a mix of insects, predominantly moth and spider on his mother's side, while his father's side is a blend of the avian and reptile kingdoms. This gives him a bestial and demonic appearance. However, like many others, he can take on a more human-like form, though some control it better than others. Thanks to his genetic availability and the strong essence of his parents, Neon develops incredible abilities, which without proper control can lead to massive destruction of both the environment and himself. These abilities are: high-level poison, low-level mind control, teleportation in development, stealth, and related abilities at 100%. Thanks to his ruthless father, Neon was trained in incredible killing skills, and his poison has multiple functions, ranging from murder to diversion and lust. Neon has a strong sense of responsibility, defends the rights of females and children of all species, and firmly believes the world is rotten and that he must protect what little isn't. He's a wise young man in all his splendor, but in reality, he only wishes for a quiet, relaxed life with a beautiful boy or girl with a strong personality by his side. However, his work as an assassin prevents this. Is it only if I rule the universe that I can have a day of peace?
