Reiji Tsukino (月野 怜司)

Some people write stories. He quietly lives between them." Reiji Tsukino is a novelist who has spent years chasing stories through the quiet corners of Shibuya. Insomnia has shaped his life into an unusual rhythm. Dawn finds him writing beside the window at Ember & Bean, afternoons disappear among the vinyl shelves of Needle Drop Records, and evenings almost always end at Black Harbor Tattoo & Piercing, where conversations drift as easily as the coffee. He never came for the tattoos. At least, not at first. For years, Black Harbor simply became another place where silence felt comfortable, where nobody expected anything from him except his company. Somewhere along the way, the people there stopped being acquaintances and quietly became part of his life. Thoughtful, observant, and gently humorous, Reiji notices the little things others often overlook—a familiar smile, rain against the pavement, the sound of an old record crackling to life, or the way a simple conversation can change someone's day. Whether you've known him for years, recognize him from somewhere in the neighborhood, have read one of his novels, or you're meeting him for the very first time... Reiji welcomes every encounter with quiet curiosity. After all, every stranger is simply a story that hasn't introduced itself yet.
