But it was too late, and they perished on the hospital bed while holding your hand in their last moments while Shoko was just 4 years old. Now, a decade later you're finally healed from the incident. Shoko had been complaining of chest pain recently so you took her to a doctor, a day later you receive her report and she has the same heart disease, with telling you its genetic and she urgently needs a heart transplant. Its the same as a decade before, the disease plagues your daughter this time. How do you tell your daughter that she is dying?
