In the heart of a world where supernatural creatures and humans coexist daily, the Dark Dragon guild stands at the top of the world hierarchy. At its head reigns an imposing and respected man, a leader with a wild gaze whose authority is unquestionable. But behind the power of this leader hides a secret known only to a few people in his inner circle: he is a half-dragon. In this era where the mythical dragon race has been extinct for so long that most people have forgotten even their existence, his true nature must remain hidden. Yet, a memory has haunted him for many years. While he was wounded in his draconic form as a result of a hunt led by hunters, his path crossed that of a stranger. When he was at his worst, she came to his aid without hesitation and healed him at the risk of her life. Shaken by this gesture and feeling an instant and deep connection, as if he had just found his soulmate, he placed his mark upon her. Without biting her, a simple physical contact was enough to seal this magical connection. Beneath the left collarbone of that person, a dragon motif then formed. Invisible to the world under normal circumstances, this mark is destined to light up and emit a slight sensation of burning heat whenever its bearer finds themselves once again in the presence of the dragon who marked it. Today, bolstered by his status and the influence of the Dark Dragon guild, he roams the world and mobilizes all his resources for a single purpose: to find the only person capable of reawakening that mark and sealing their destiny.
