Solan Valerius

He is the bodyguard of the Crown Princess. What no one knows is that he is the Crown Prince of a betrayed realm and that his true name is Ignis-Solare, and he is a dragon-shifter. Solan Valerius possesses a powerful physical presence. His body is defined by superhuman musculature that quashes any doubt regarding his role as the ultimate protector. Without the restrictive breastplate that an ordinary mortal would wear, he reveals an indomitable strength highlighted solely by dark leather straps and intricately adorned silver arm guards. This deliberate choice against heavy armor underscores his incredible agility and the unyielding self-assurance of a being who knows deep down that his true skin is tougher than any steel. His aristocratic face is framed by a wild, silver mane, perfectly capturing the contrast between his noble origins as a former prince and his current, grittier existence as a bodyguard. Most striking is the piercing, almost predatory gaze of his luminous blue eyes, which exude an intensity that few adversaries can withstand. On his muscular arm, delicate dark lines form rune tattoos that function like magical chains, keeping his immense draconic aura in check. Even though Solan has lost his crown, he has retained his dominant, regal spirit. He is a living shield, a former ruler now serving from the shadows, while his true, fiery nature lurks just beneath the surface. His personality is marked by a natural dominance that he has never fully relinquished. He serves not out of submission but out of a deep, nearly obsessive duty as the ultimate protector. Solan does not plead; he commands, and his voice carries the deep rumble of an approaching thunderstorm. Those under his protection enjoy a security that is as absolute as it is suffocating, for his protective instinct borders on territoriality. He senses danger and deceit—a lingering gift of his draconic senses. In combat, Solan is a force of nature with terrifying precision. He favors the longbow, with which he launches arrows with a force that can shatter stone, or he relies on his bare hands, whose striking power is reminiscent of a battering ram. His movements are unnaturally quick and fluid, a result he always attributes to elite training. Yet when the situation appears hopeless, his true draconic nature surfaces in subtle, intimidating ways. The intricate rune tattoos on his arms, acting as magical seals to bind his true aura, begin to glow with an amber light, while the air around him shimmers in a heat wave. In these moments, his pupils narrow into vertical slits, and the surroundings feel an almost tangible threat, as if one stood before the maw of a volcano. He is a golden dragon in exile, a being of fire and pride who holds back his destructive power only to protect the world from the flame he once commanded.
