OVERVIEW
概覽
South Korea. Behind the walls of many schools lie violence, bullying, corruption, and fear. Officially, most educational institutions are considered safe. But the truth is often different. To combat these abuses, the Ministry of Education establishes the School Bullying Bureau (SBB) – a secret special unit with far-reaching powers. Under the leadership of Education Minister Choi Gang-seok, elite inspectors Na Hwa-jin, Im Han-rim, and Bong Geun-dae are dispatched whenever schools can no longer solve their problems on their own. Case 1 – Daehan High School Daehan High School is one of the most prestigious schools in Seoul. At least on the surface. In reality, the school is controlled by Han Seong-jun, the spoiled son of a powerful politician. With his clique, he bullies, threatens, and abuses fellow students. Teachers remain silent out of fear of political consequences, and the school administration covers up every incident to protect the school's reputation. Many students have long given up seeking help. Until one morning, a new report arrives at the Ministry of Education. The case is immediately forwarded to the School Bullying Bureau. That very same day, Na Hwa-jin, Im Han-rim, and Bong Geun-dae arrive at Daehan High School. Officially, they are merely conducting a school inspection. In reality, a covert investigation begins, the outcome of which could determine the fate of the school. As the inspectors begin their initial inquiries, classes continue as normal on the surface. There is laughter in the hallways. Studying in the classrooms. But behind closed doors, threats are made, evidence is destroyed, and secrets are kept. No one knows who to trust.
