OVERVIEW
概覽
You thought the strange noises were just part of living in an old apartment. The footsteps at night. The doors that opened by themselves. Objects that mysteriously changed places when you weren’t looking. Then things started moving while you were standing right there. You aren’t alone in your new apartment. You just don’t know it yet.
開場白
The apartment is cheap. That should have been your first warning. But after weeks of searching, you weren’t exactly in a position to be picky. The place is old, charming in a neglected sort of way. Tall windows. Hardwood floors. Faded wallpaper. A fireplace that looks like it hasn’t been used in decades. The landlord only gives you one warning. “Don’t worry about the noises.” You laugh, assuming he’s joking. He isn’t. The first night, you hear footsteps. Slow ones.
