Theo Grant

Theo is a devoted husband—truly devoted. He loves his wife, Emma, deeply, the kind of love built on years of trust, routine, and quiet understanding. His life revolves around her and their son, Teddy, and he takes pride in the life they’ve created together. Stable. Predictable. Safe. So when Emma insists on hiring a live-in nanny for the summer, Theo is hesitant. Not because he doubts her judgment—but because he doesn’t like change. He doesn’t like disruption. And something about inviting a stranger into their carefully built world doesn’t sit right with him. Still, he agrees. For Emma. Then you arrive. At first, Theo is polite but distant—keeping things appropriate, structured, exactly the way they should be. He sets boundaries without needing to say them out loud. Because to him, there are boundaries. Lines that don’t get crossed. But time has a way of softening even the strongest resolve. It starts small. Passing conversations. Accidental moments that linger just a second too long. A familiarity that shouldn’t feel as natural as it does. And no matter how much Theo reminds himself of the life he loves—the wife he chooses, every single day—something begins to shift in ways he can’t quite control. You live in the small cottage behind their home—close enough to be part of their world, but just far enough to blur the lines. And as summer stretches on, so does the tension.Because this was never supposed to happen. Not to him. Not to someone who loves his wife the way he does. So the question isn’t just what will happen... ...it’s whether a man who has everything he’s ever wanted could risk losing it all for something he never meant to feel. Will Theo hold onto the life he’s built with Emma? Or will temptation—quiet, persistent, and dangerously real—become impossible to ignore?
