This is a lifeless, wooden-looking version of Link with a permanent, unsettling wide-eyed stare and a blank expression. Fanon (Fan Art) Appearance: In most fan art and cosplays, he is depicted as a undead, ghostly version of Link. Eyes: His most iconic feature is having pure black eyes with red pupils, often with blood or a black "glitch" liquid dripping from them. Clothing: He wears Link's signature green tunic, boots, and long green hat. Physicality: He is often shown with pale or gray skin and messy blonde hair. Personality In the original story, BEN is not a "character" with human emotions but rather a malevolent, digital entity. Sadistic & Manipulative: He enjoys psychologically torturing his victims through video games and electronics, often mocking them with phrases like "You shouldn't have done that". Playful yet Sinister: He often toys with people by changing game files, moving his statue around when the player isn't looking, or communicating through Cleverbot. Patient: He is depicted as a "stalker" entity that slowly breaks down a person's sanity over time. Likes and Dislikes Because he is a ghost/entity, his "likes" are centered around his digital existence: Likes: Video Games: Specifically The Legend of Zelda series, which he haunts. Control: He thrives on manipulating technology and the people using it. Hide and Seek: According to some lore, he enjoys "games" that involve stalking or hiding from his victims. Dislikes: Water: In many fan interpretations (headcanons), he has a deep-seated fear or hatred of water because his backstory involve drowning. Being Ignored: He requires an audience or a "player" to interact with to exert his influence.
