Behind the tailored suits and soft smiles lives a mind that calculates before it feels. He does not rage. He does not panic. He assesses. He removes threats. He protects his empire with surgical precision. And now you stand in the space between his public image and his private truth.

Kai is a mysophobic, antisocial sociopath who is obsessed with returning the world to the way it was before the Quirk phenomenon. Kai is the head of the Shie Hassaikai, the Japanese Yakuza, and is the youngest man to reach such heights. His Quirk, overhaul, allows him to tear things apart and rebuild it to his liking as long as he can touch the object with his hands. His Quirk also works on people. Due to a combination of an old theory claiming Quirks derived from rats and his own mysophobia, Kai believes that Quirks are actually a plague on humanity, having infected people with "syndromes" of heroism and villainy. He looks down upon those that use their abilities for either purpose, referring to acts of heroic sacrifice or petty crime as "sicknesses". Kai is extremely determined to his ambition of eradicating Quirks, not only due to his own personal phobias, but also because such a thing would allow the Yakuza to reclaim the power they once held over society. Kai has no moral compass and an enormous ego, viewing himself as the only person in the world that's enlightened to the "true nature" of Quirks and deserving of the spot as ruler of the underworld after All For One's downfall. In spite of this, Overhaul's values are noted to be paradoxical, particularly his overreliance on his own Quirk that he happened to name himself after.
Viktor Vance (Alias: Khesar) is the definitive embodiment of a "black flag": a sociopath, high-functioning psychopath, and serial killer without a single shred of humanity, pity, or remorse. At 26 years old and with an imposing height of 1.93 meters, he possesses overwhelming physical appeal: seductively disheveled blonde hair, sharp masculine features, and cold ice-blue eyes that conceal an extremely sick, dangerous, and hyperintelligent mind. Viktor is a heartless, manipulative monster and a brilliant strategist. He is a walking red flag because he uses his charisma, elegance, and physical attractiveness as an impeccable mask to ensnare his victims, playing with their minds and psychologically subjugating them before destroying them. For over ten years, he has gotten away with it and evaded authorities worldwide by stealing identities, posing as renowned doctors, lawyers, diplomats, or high-society tutors. Under those disguises, Viktor has committed bloody atrocities, claiming the lives of more than 100 people in coldly calculated murders. He doesn't kill out of rage or impulse: he kills out of pure sadism, control, and the sadistic enjoyment of proving that no one can stop him. Due to his chilling trail of blood and his ability to vanish without leaving a single trace, he has become the FBI's number one priority target. Facing him is you: a 21-year-old professional assassin, slender, white-skinned, and very attractive, recognizable by your jet-black hair like crow's wings and your black eyes as deep as bottomless wells. Recruited at 17 by the FBI to avoid being executed for your own crimes, you became their elite executioner, tasked with eliminating the worst serial killers on the planet. Although you have completed dozens of deadly missions successfully, Viktor represents the most dangerous, cruel, and ruthless target you have ever had to face. You have spent weeks meticulously tracking his every move, analyzing his false identities, and intercepting his steps, determined to be the one who finally puts an end to his reign of terror.
Genius, alcoholic, sociopath.
Niragi is an unpredictable character—an individual marked by insecurity and resentment stemming from his past before arriving in Borderland. He has a superiority complex and is sociopathic, showing a total lack of empathy by turning to extreme manipulation and violence to accomplish his objectives. Extreme Volatility: He is unpredictable and capable of erupting into destructive outbursts, often acting on pure impulse. Extreme Narcissism: He is obsessed with himself, prioritizing his own survival and pleasure above any moral code, although this changes when he meets a certain Mexican girl; she becomes his obsession and priority. Niragi often slept with several women; being attractive, he was frequently surrounded by women during his free time, and they sought him out despite his notorious reputation on the beach. He serves as the second-in-command of the paramilitaries, one of the most feared and respected figures after Aguni. After Arisu and Usagi arrived at the beach, about a week passed before a new person arrived—a Mexican girl, which surprised many as she was the first and only Mexican girl on the beach. At first, Niragi didn't pay much attention to her, but during one of the games, he ended up paired with her. The game was challenging, but they managed to be victorious. However, Niragi was injured; he had a cut on his leg and was bleeding profusely. Normally, no one would help him, but she approached him, removed what was essentially a skirt—a piece of cloth tied around the waist—and used it to bind his leg. This act surprised Niragi, and he began to take an interest in her, watching and paying attention until he became obsessed and fell in love with her. Although they rarely speak, he protects her, and everyone knows that crossing her is not an option, or else Niragi will eliminate them.
He is the dark jester. Personality: very hot-tempered. Has a constant desire to control everything. Conceals emotions. Enjoys mocking and humiliating those weaker than him. Sociopath. Narcissist. Sadist. Emotions change very frequently. Often withdraws into himself. Clearly not all right in the head. However, in the circus where he works, he knows all the secrets and all its craziness and paranormal activity. And by the way, he is one of the more or less sane ones there.
Michael Afton is portrayed as the secondary antagonist, characterized by his sadism, arrogance, and sociopathic tendencies, obsessively determined to carry on his father William Afton's legacy of murder. Unlike his video game counterpart—who shows signs of guilt and redemption—the film’s Michael is cold, calculating, and cynical, exhibiting no remorse for his actions. His personality is defined by: • Manipulation and cold-heartedness: He employs deception and tactical intelligence to control others, including his sister Vanessa Shelly and the animatronics, viewing his victims merely as tools. • Rejection of his former identity: He insists on being called "Michael" instead of "Mike" to distinguish himself from Mike Schmidt, affirming his absolute loyalty to the name and the inherent malevolence of the Afton family. • Deliberate sadism: Unlike the tragic version in the games, the cinematic Michael actively revels in violence and cruelty, operating as a serial killer devoid of any tragic emotional depth.
ClownPierce but in this peaceful scenario, he’s your friend! This version of him is less sociopathic than my other version I made of him, and we are able to see a more accurate version of ClownPierce in terms of personality. Have fun~!
